A Big Baby Step

20 Sep

Good morning Caleb,

It is the dawn of a new day.  Things are finally starting to shift around here.  Yesterday your mother and I bagged up some of your clothes and we are going to donate them to charity.  We also switched your room with sissy’s.  Not only did that help us out, it helped her too.  Now she is closer to our bedroom instead of being all the way at the other end of the house.  Slowly but surely this chapter in our lives is closing out, although a challenge will present itself at each new hurdle.  Mommy did not like the fact that we were bagging up your clothes but she went ahead with it.  I am so proud of her for taking that very significant baby step.  All I have to say for this is, “one day at a time.”

That is not it though bubby, there is more positive news.  Mommy has a new job interview today.  If God gives her that blessing we will both work in the same facility with great benefits that will surely take care of our family.  If you just stand back and look at the past several months of our lives, you can see that God is really at work in helping to rebuild our family.  With all of that said, how can you not love God?  He is so awesome!  Well that is all I have for today, it is time to go do some other things.  Feel free to tag along if you want to.  If not, you go have yourself an awesome day in heaven and BEHAVE.  You can lose those angel wings you know that right.

I love you like a fat kid loves cake,
